My service is built on honesty, transparency and a genuine commitment to getting you the best result. I'll guide you through every stage of the auction process and explain it clearly, so you feel informed and confident.
- My advice is free to you. There are no upfront fees.
- I receive referral fees from many of the auction houses I recommend, when your property sells.
- For many clients, auction fees can be deferred until after the auction.
- I can, if required, recommend specialist auction solicitors to prepare your legal pack and act for you throughout.
- Depending on the auction house and how the listing is structured, costs can often be kept very low.
- There are also referral opportunities for clients that can reduce your costs further, and even earn you income in future. I’ll explain how this works on our call.
